The progress of science and technology is increasingly sophisticated and have to stop there until now, has had a good influence in an organization or company, one of them in terms of decision making. PT. National Sailing Indonesia (Persero) branch in Semarang assume that the information obtained from computerized systems in enterprise human resource management is still inadequate in certain decision making to solve a particular problem.
The purpose of this research is to develop employee performance appraisal system for use in determining the value of the performance of each employee, so hopefully will help leaders and directors of the central branch in determining policy for the positive steps the company or karyawan.Metode data collection included observation directly, interviews, and literature. After analyzing the data already collected and make a design, then obtained a design for the Decision Support System for the Evaluation of Employee Performance At PT. National Sailing Indonesia (Persero) Branch Semarang. With Employee Performance Appraisal Information System is expected to assist in determining the priority value is more efficient and effective employees.
